Brad started his first company at the age of 21, which included designing a new product, acquiring investment capital necessary to finance the company’s operations, contracting the overseas manufactures and heading up the US sales force. After selling that company to an investor, he started his next company, which eventually created enough capital to get him into the real estate business. He spent the next few years working with investors from all over the country. These investors would come to small workshops where Brad and his Partners would teach specifics on how they were investing in real estate. Brad has always been interested in real estate financing and in 2005 started his own commercial lending company, Hess Commercial Capital, Inc. which grew very quickly and was able to close over $10,000,000 in loans in its first year of operation.
Brad now spends his time managing the daily activities of multiple real estate related entities including Junk House Riches, LLC an educational company focusing on the newly created REO market. The combined entities managed by Brad have purchased and sold more that $150,000,000 worth of real estate in the past two years. While others where running away from real estate Brad and his customers where making money in it.
Brad has participated in the creation of twenty-four real estate education courses which he offered to Clients across North America. These classes where primarily taught to students Brad and his partner Tyrell Gray. Brad, in an effort to offer quality opportunities to his ever growing customer base, will continue to expand his interests in different real estate investments and holdings.
